Intercooler pipe diameters and core size

Gents,

I have purchased most of what I need for my S2 to RS2 conversion I am now looking for the intercooler.

In South Africa we do not have lots of OEM spares so the choice is buying from overseas or make.

I have a company who can make to my specifications for 250 UK pound all I need are the two connection diameters.

The connection to the cross member I was going to make it straight pipe/intercooler to pipe/cross member silicon connection.

Does anybody have the following dimensions?

pipe/intercooler to pipe/cross member = ??

Inlet OD S2 = 51
Inlet OD RS2 = 51

Outlet OD S2 = 51
Outlet OD RS2 = 51

This is what I have for the RS2 core dimension = 500x185x63mm

The cores available to me are 450x220x79mm or 550x220x65mm

Which core would you go for???????

Just another thought what hp is the standard ABY Intercooler good for.

non of above because 500mmx205mmx85mm is max which will fit RS2 bumper.
