Car cant start,not giving any signs-dead

Well,on pasanger front door the ground was not good,on bouth wire's,i will fix that easy,but i still dont get any power on rear windows even if i bring ground from starter?

All I know none of the windows will have power unless ALL FIVE switches are installed in the door handle switch holder. They are colour-coded as shown in the photo below:

Removing the switch requires depressing a metal clip. Here I am using what we call a "putty" knife:

Then that most be the problem since mine was not conected,i will try it.Thanks Dave!
