some advice please, decided to rebuild my turbo billet wheel etc . had turbo back last week . while turbo was off I noticed a snapped exhaust stud

so took head off last night to find 3 of the bores have been blowing across each other
looks very narrow between bores? pistons have markings on them 05.14 are they std?
did notice 6 of the head bolts were not torqued enough .
so im sending the head off to be pressure checked and all new studs and reground all valves and new seals , I understand if it does not need skimming don't do it because of comp values. I will upload pics and spec of hybrid turbo built by cr turbos
