I am very skeptical about anything about 280 hp on a K24-7000. Sure you can get more if you upsize the injectors and tune accordingly but the K24-7000 isn't going to be happy pushing 24 psig boost for too long.
Quite a few UK S2s make 290+ on dynos where others make sensible power. Efficiency of inlet and exhaust tends to be the difference. 310 does seem rather high unless there's methanol etc.
