Problem found, but not cured... yet

At last i have found the reason for my high CO, poor performance and high idle speed.

I did a pressure test and have found that the hose going to the Tank vent valve from the inlet manifold has about 3 splits in it Couldnt find anything to use to blank off the manifold today, so will do that soon, as i can see a new hose doing exactly the same. I quess i can vent the fumes from the tank to atmosphere via a small hose somewhere away from the coil!!

Also discovered another problem today. The one way valve for the diff lock etc has gone faulty, i booted it earlier and there was a loud clicking coming from the rear of the car. Boost is getting into the diff lock think under the rear seats. Doh! I need to do these things.

The same thing that I broke the other day and you identified for me. Still waiting for a replacement, cars driving ok with just the vacum hose sealed, and the valve unpluged.
