@Bibby - I guess the only important measurements are that the inlet and outlet of the TBV (DV can mean dump valve or diverter valve so I am starting to prefer Throttle Bypass Valve) has to be 25mm, if you have standard sized hoses.
I have used the Forge DVR (diaphram type) which responds very quickly but is not advisable in high boost applications. I have now bought a Forge FMDV006 (piston type), which is much larger than the DVR or the standard Bosch TBV and can handle high boost better. I have also used the Forge DV007P (also piston) which worked quite well on the car. I can't comment on the 006 yet as my new turbo is still on my workbench
I have also heard good things about the Hyperboost TBV (Milltek) , GFB's and Bailey DV30.

Came today, fitted it this lunchtime. What an effort! The jubilee clamps aren't in the most accessible of places are they.
Haven't gone for a test drive yet, just parked it up (I'm at work). The chirrupy noise on gear change has gone now though. Just make a sound like you'd expect to hear when air is venting, although like I say, haven't hammered it yet.
Will go for a spin after work to see what difference it's made.
No, didn't remove the headlight. I just scratched my hands up instead.
Went for a spin after work. I don't think it's quieter than before, just different. You can really hear it doing its job. Just sounds like air being blasted through a pipe, if that makes any sense.
It does hold boost better than before too. Worth the effort.
