Thanx for your hellp guys, Ive cleaned it out and it SEEMS to be better, will only know once i drive home 
i strted it up for 2 mins and it was ideling fine.
it still didnt clean it all out, i still see black s*** in there and didnt have a brush handy.
for a novice like myself that was a easy job, just like cleaning the maf, any other valves / sensors that might need cleaning under the bonnet with easy access for a n00b?
