dying on idle when after cooling down

    Hi all,

From the beginning when I bought the car I had a problem with starting the car when it was cooled down for approximate an hour. I replaced/cleaned a lot of parts which could cause this, nothing changed it, it was still hard to start. Then I let my injectors ultrasoon cleaned. The problem was solved, it fired right up. Only now, when i fires up, it goes really down in it revs the first second, sometimes it even dies. It goes to 200 revs and then goes back again and is stable. Someone any idea how this is possible and how this can be solved?

Sticky ISV, vacuum leak, faulty engine temperature sensor, leaky by-pass, faulty fuel pressure regulator, plugs+leads? Could be a lot of things, unfortunately.

I cleaned the ISV, my car is standard and it gives 0,7 bar boost (but I think this is caused by a verrry cheap boosguage). Replaced the spark plugs and some of the connectors.

with engine temp sensor, do you mean the one in the inlet manifold. I suspect this one could be the one that is causing the problems.

The one behind the cyl head is for motronic. White connector. Engine temperature affects the idle rpm.

i had to change my crankcase breather hose as it was perished, but that was also causing i massive oil leak.it did stop it stalling though.
