    Replacement injectors

What is a good replacement for standard S2 injectors, maybe small upgrade, never going to go big power in the future 300-350bhp max.
Rather than get old ones refurbed or cleaned there must be some good alternatives out there, any ideas welcome

refurbing is not a bad idea in all honesty, its about £60 and they are flow tested, ultrasonically cleaned, tested again and then new caps and seals. I had mine done a while ago and the service was top notch. There was quite a difference across the 5 and if you buy 2nd hand ones or new old stock, you would be advised to get them done anyway to be sure you know their health.

No point just changing injectors as you will need to change your software too. Just get them reconditioned. My 2c.

I've used these guys in the past. They cleaned n tested the (4-off) injectors for my GTIR and cleaned the fuel rail for £67 within a few days.
Good service and pretty good price too I thought

I used them and one went back a few months later as complete failure, failed open... they did however send a replacement out ASAP once I queried having to wait until they had inspected the old unit!

                        12,000 mile/12month warranty I believe.
