Bosch 440cc green top injectors

I use the original green top 440cc injectors in my car, part number 0280 150 558. They don't make these any more and I need a new set. As far as I can see a direct replacement is part number 0280 155 968, they're physically the same size but a different shape, have the same 440cc flow a 3bar but there is a 2ohm difference in impedance, 12 vs 14, would this make any difference?

I've spoken to Mark Hardy ( who mapped my car ) and he told me that Bosch have a direct replacement for the old green tops and it's part number 0280 156 369. I gave Andrew Page a call and they confirmed this so I ordered a set, £48.50 + VAT each and they came next day from Bosch in Germany.





I'll be fitting them this wekend so I'll let you know how it goes

It's an EV6 injector, it will never ever have the same latency characteristics as an EV1.

@ prj What would you recommend for a 440cc injector? It would be for a Volvo K24 7400 setup. Currently running RS2's, but the car runs LPG so needs bigger petrol injectors to keep the duty cycle down.

All good so far, not run it on full boost yet but EGT's and AFR's are all as before

Fine, got 405hp and 425lb/ft so they're pretty much flat out!

I'm asking as i'm trying to get some background info on injectors for my conversion.I'm going to ring Mark tomorrow but do you know if your grey ones are different to these Green ones below i.e. flow less or the same as the green ones.My aim is no more than 380 max with a ported and gas flowed head. Cheers.

0280 156 369 is available from me 275£ for a set of 5 inc. postage in uk.
acording to bosch they are ev6 injectors
