Best turbo for 400hp and low rpm torque

Please! Help me with this! What is the best turbo for 400hp and high torque at low rpm on our engines?
I tried to find the answer..but couldint find.
Rs2 or volvo k24-7400 is 380hp.
Wich is the next step over these?

I really like my RS2 turbo combined with ligthweight SMF. My next step is definitely billet RS2 which should make it even better

I don't think you can have both without a variable geometry turbo.

A Garrett GT 3071 (or 3076) will get you the hp you want but you lose down low.

Hmmm! The gt3076 has some little bigger wheels than my actual one.

my t04E has 75/56,5 compressor and 65/56 turbine wheels.
i am too worried with this one?
what numbers should i expect from this?

Gt2871r or better still gtx2867r.

i bought the turbo second hand so i dont know the specs
it's with a A/R 0.82 housing

Hybrid RS2 has to be the easiest option for 'just' 400bhp... Other than that, it's the usual Garrett spool vs. KKK / Holset etc. reliability, in which case, you might as well go for mid to high 400s.
