2 maps are best but on our motronic setup we run open loop at wot so what I do is leave the high load parts of the gas map in the gas ecu leaner. Best setup with a wide band lambda. Our cars have hard valves and seats so love lpg.

Don' worry about dried out or burnt valves.our PCV has been known the excessive lube on our intake tracts lol.
my car is not on LPG but i believe any cars with LPG and porper tuning.nothing much to be worried about.

My car runs great on LPG with no problems at all till now due to the LPG, the LPG stresses the eletric and cooling a bit so everything must be in top condition.
My car is homefried and I use LPG but when I want to go WOT I change to 98 and here we go!
The truth is that my avant is a 15000mls/year car (family car) and even considering the plus 20% consumption (LPG vs 98) it´s half the price in the end and the avant goes from very expensive to run to economical, more so than many modern diesel and faster to!
I would love to have it properly mapped and even contacted Prj about it but as he didn´t have a generic for it and I live in the sunny southwest corner of EU I´m stuck with what I have and as been good enough for the last 40000mls.
If more people went LPG way maybe Prj would consider doing a version of a generic map for the ABY/AAN LPG users with stock mechanics like the generic chips he already does for 98 users!

Well I for one, would be totally interested in a reliable and safe LPG conversion.
As you said it, the economy would be great.

many urs4/6 here is running on LPG for years due to the gas price keep going up for past few years but now the gas price went down for 35%.
only problem i have been heard is when WOT,the LPG module always kick back to Fuel sound like insufficient LPG fed up the motor and it switched back to Fuel automatically.i might need a better tuning on LPG.

Sounds like the lpg setup running out of fuel. Could be too small lpg injector or vapouriser. The only issue I have is that the tank has no baffle so when pulling big g force I get a stutter then an auto return to petrol for a few seconds then back to lpg. No a big problem as only happens when driving fast.

I have a KME setup also, only issue I have is RS2 injectors going fully open and LPG system doesn't like it. I have had 5 cars on LPG with no issues.

                  1996 Mercedes S320

                  2003 Seat Toledo 1.8T (220bhp)
                  2001 VW Passat 2.slow

I have prob over 140k on the cars running LPG and still own 3 of them. I found it makes the S6 useable, as before £20 didn't go far....
