Bosch # 0280 150 967 0280150967 injectors

I found these injectors on an RS2 with stock map.
I wonder what injectors are these? I can't find so much info on them.
And why would anybody switch the original rs2 injectors with these ones?

Maybe somebody needed to replace the injectors and that was the closest or cheapest they could find?

Well would they work ok with standard rs2 map?
