Externally fitted Bosch 044-how to?

never had any noise in the s2 with mine. you could hear it with he lid if the tank. only just audiable in the boot when all sealed and covered. id check the fuel amount then check the power at the wires make sure the power is adequate.


martinws. did you change the feed on your t85 tank. its basically the same tank in my b3. i think the feed maybe on the small side. what power do you run with the external.

Yep,even with the full tank this sound is still there.i will try once again remove it all,check it and reinstall.If its still there i think i will use the oryginal pump as a lift p.and fit 044 under the car.
