Buy a wideband kit Gauge and O2 Sensor, install it on the Car and you can controle your AFR Numbers allday.
        Innovative have good kits.

Dyno will be able to provide AFR, you can fit an EGT probe in the stock downpipe CO fitting

You get get buy and fit a wideband gauge and EGT gauge if you want to watch them. Are you planning on logging them?

Just need to make sure it's OK to use the car until I get it mapped up right, I bought an RS2 ECU with an unknown map and have a hybrid turbo so don't want to melt my engine in the meantime, it feels like it's running great but i guess this can be deceptive

There is an old saying - the engine runs the best just before blowing up.

If you don't boost you should be fine. Lamda and maf should take care of things

If you don't boost it's probably not really possible to blow it up at all, even if every sensor on the car is screwed up. It probably won't drive very well, but I think with the stock spring on spring boost you would have to try EXTREMELY hard to do any damage to any 2.2T.

Run it with n75 unplugged ,and be safe.
Despite what Dimitre said , it is possible to blow the I5 2.2 20vt, because I have done it using some bad chips.
Not dimitri,s by the way, they are running my new engine.
