No worries, I replaced the turbo oil feed, return and oil cooler pipes, used and cleaned the oil pick up pipe for the oil pump from the donor engine.

        Regards Tom

Its just a pish situation, not sure it will be worth pursuing it though, more hassle than its worth?

Going to see how much it is for a oil test first if it's only cheap I'm going to get one done for peace of mind if nothing else, then I'll take it from there.. if he new turbo that's coming is good and oil turns out okay then might be more chew than it's worth for a few hundered quid, just the principle more than anything if it's a error on there part and won't accept responsibility for it?

I was/ still am in the same situation, it cost me not far from 2k
First i was using volvo k24, started smoking- rebuild, after rebuild 200 miles same again= fedup bought new k27 same thing, start smoking.
Now i went back to standard setup with standard chips all good no smoke for last 6 months.
Before on both setups was prj chips. I'm still not sure where was/ is the problem. Overspan? Wrong chips?, not sure. And i 'm not blaming anyone, just need an answer and afraid to fit brand new turbo incase it goes again.
Both turbos had scoring on the shaft( contamination or not enough oil pressure)
              Are you running standard setup?

Bit of interesting news today, I managed to get the oil report back from my engine and everything is showing 0 for wear, contamination and chemistry which means the oils like brand new after 800 miles. There isn't anything in the oil to cause any damage and the oil was sampled from the oil filter!
