s2 tappet rattle and odd noise advice needed

I've used the halfords without issue for some time and the car runs nicely on it...better than it did with 10w60 edge. I'd check the PS pump as it usually sounds bad at the end of its life but also check alternator mounting as when mine was slack it sounded like the engine was going to go bang lol
