Sorry to be a pain again! now I've welded on a new pin onto the flywheel the cars running again but the revs don't pick up like they use to, it's very hesitant, tried to drive it, get to 2,500 then starts popping and dieing until I take my for off the accelerator, just doesn't seem a happy bunny.. Checked the timing and it looks spot on?
Rough running?

Titled ABY but equally applicable to 3B.
Best bet is run the fault codes first to point you in the right direction. Most rough running issues on here tend to be boost leak related running problems

Title of that post (mine) is actually:
S2 3B and ABY and RS2 ADU Boost Leak Testing (Draft)
Not to be confused with the AAN boost leak testing post:
Key thing in searching for those with "boost leak testing" is to change the search time frame from the default "6 months ago and newer" to "Any Date".

Thanks I'll have a look tomorrow to double check, I would be surprised if it had a bad leak as it was all fine when I taken it apart and it's been apart before couple of times, would a cam been a tooth out on the timing make this happen? Isit worth taking the cam cover back off to double check?Comment

I'll double check tomorrow, if any of them was out seen as the exhaust cam at the moment is spot on, I left the car as in the above pictures, the inlet cam maybe a tooth out? I'll double check for piece of mind.. The dizzy was lined up spot on well but I will double check this tomorrow when the inlet manifold is off so I have easy access to it, will take photos then I know for piece of mind

As far as the dizzy is concerned, if its not lined up on the marks you will not get full boost.
There are treads on hear on how to line it up.
Best bet though is a boost leak, or maf connector. Pull the connector of a few times and give it a wiggle as Newsh would say.Comment
