    knock sensors

I noticed both my knock sensors have splits in them on my aby avant. Are the following part numbers correct for my car?

    054 905 377 G
    054 905 377 A

Be carful when you replace these, as it is very important to torque them to the correct
        amount.
Its very low around 10 nm. I cannot remember if that is correct so do a search to make sure.
The main difference is the length of the cable.

20 Nm is the torque to use for them. M8 bolts in general 20 Nm, some harder/stretch 25 Nm.

The torque amount is in my G61 and G66 knock sensor info link I posted above.

              Where it says:

From the C4 UrS Robert Bentley manual, pg. J28-27:

"The knock sensors cannot be checked electrically. Check DTC memory => Repair Group 01. For satisfactory function of the knock sensors, exact compliance with the tightening torque of 20 Nm (15 lb ft) is important. Check the harness connection from knock sensor to wiring harness for corrosion".
