    RS2 Rep Manifold

    Hello again everyone,

I'm desperately trying to find a decent RS2 manifold for my S6. It seems nobody has a genuine without cracks (which is understandable) and wagner seem to have stopped making them.

So i guess i'm faced with a replica, which i'm ok with so long as it isn't complete rubbish!

The only real listing on ebay is the ones from China but i've no idea what theyre like.

    Any recommendations??

They are complete rubbish I got one free when I bought a hybrid turbo as the previous fella felt he couldn't use it and when it arrived I could see why. I have chucked it in the scrap bin, don't waste your money. I bought an RS2 one with cracks for £130 and it works fine Long as the cracks aren't redicularse, pun intended

      OK, thanks for that one

Id happily buy a second hand one but there isn't anything about and hasn't been anything for ages, meanwhile my car is sitting in a workshop in peices, hence the rush!

Some of the ebay manifolds are fine, some are awful.

I bought this one used from Quattro-nick

              http://www.ebay.de/itm/Audi-S2-S4-RS...item3a75813f7e

Fits fine and appears to work well, was on his RS2 spec car until upgraded, now on my RS2d 3B.

I had a poor RS2 rep before, bolt holes did not even line up.

I have a genuine RS2 'em I bought from a forum member almost 10years ago.there's re multiple cracks on the output flange.unfortunately,i couldn't find someone who can weld the cast iron here so it's being kept ever since.if you're capable to do it.i can let it go for a very cheap.

Posting from Asia would be expensive

Hello again, hopefully any ban and the break-in are not lasting issues. Did you get to cure the engine fault ?

While it is not what you want, have you thought about a tubular exhaust manifold, or more to the point why do you not want to use one ? Just curious.

I am naturally suggesting a decent one made by say IROZ Motorsport or the like, not some cheap low quality exhaust manifold.

                    NCT IROZ.

I got a cheep eBay wagner copy. Rook about a day with a die grinder to sort out the casting but it's running fine at 450 bhp on my stroker.

One of the new batch. From the photo it looks a nice bit of kit.
