Anyone had problems with their sump bolts working loose over time, just noticed some of mine have disappeared and a few are loose. Is there a torque setting for them suppose I should of checked them after the first 1000 miles of new engine being in really
I usely use a 1/4 ratchet with 6" extension and tighten them up with a little bit of medium loctite don't no (NM) that's why I use medium loctite can easily be undone
Haha, after my first build I did loos all bolts from the sump except one in the front and the 8mm in rear. I did wonder why it's dripping oil.

Mine were all loose after a few heat cycles after replacing the sump gaskets, they had been torqued to spec the first time, I just tightened them all by hand the second time and no issues since.
Spec is in the manual on mikes site if somebody cant remember it.
I wasn't even checking them I was under the car fiddling with the bottom radiator mount and noticed the sump was wet, started to look at the nuts and noticed a few holes where there should be bolts
Mine was missing a couple with most only finger tight when I bought the car. Deffo worth checking !!
