Can worng return line cause oil feeding?

Hello, i bought B3 Coupe with aan swap. Engine feeding oil (cca 2dcl/100km),
    no smoking from exhaust.

Turbo was in wrong position angle, yesterday i turned the turbo to normal angle.
I think now is feeding little better, but stay feed.
On the photo is return line from the turbo, i think it isnt good...and can cause oil feeding?

Thank so much for answers guys.

Your oil drain looks bad to me. You want it to go down, not horizontal. Why didn't you go straight behind the compressor outlet?
However, if the oil seals were overloaded you would think it would smoke like a bitch
