    K24 turbocharger seals.

    Hi guys!
Maybe you can help me with one dilema.
Near a year ago did my turbbocharger rebuid. The specialist told me that the rebuild kit for k24-7000 is not avileble so I manage to suply him kit from ebay. The seller was from england, had good votes and so.After rebuild I had done 2ooo km normal driving and its blown.smoke,smoke,smoke.After that I think the kit was chinese sh...t.
My custion is.Diesel k24s has same oil seals as our 7000?Cause this ones are avileble originals rebuild kits.
    Thanks a lot!

THE small "pistonring" undder the 4 straight like ones, are the problem.... its stuck in the bushing, most likely... and its the seal for the HOT side... may beacuse long oilchanges, the oil are clocged, or the drain from the turbo are clogged, and the cranc case breather are nearly chooked...

Yes,thats can happend. But not in my case.New oil 5-w40.I had made ultrasonic cleaning for all engine hardline piping, oil feed/return,water,breather system with new valve.Turbo was installed with all parts shiny and clean.
Next week will send it to specialist for a analization.

Turbo has arrived after inspection and cleaning. They says that there are no any oil leakage in hot/cold sides.Tested by 4 bar oil pressure.Nothing happend with it.
They comment me one possible cause of the oil burning.Judjing by hot side flanges I had blowed gaskets in both sides (EM/downpipe).So this may caused by blocked catalytic converters and have repercussions on turbocharger seals.
I dont knoow, maybe. But looking at the hotside today, the wheel is pretty oily and there are some oil everywhere (look pictures).Mmmm...They lie me or the oil come in there during assembling hot side or whatever? One more time,I dont know.Ultrasonic cleaning for catalyc converters is 155 euro plus near 50 euro for gaskets thats much if the turbo still smokes.
