Oil sump extension wing fubar

Hello Gents

Have any of you had personal, or have heard of anyone else, experience this issue when reinstalling the oil sump extension wing? I've had two, original that came with 7A motor and replacement, break at exact same upper left corner and is currently holding up the project. It appears the new o-ring gasket is a bit too beefy...Any installation top tips?

Has it been over tightened causing the issue? I'm not sure what the torque setting is on these

OK, I've found 034103043 which is for RR, 3B, ABY, ADU, but for AAN I can't find confirmation but I assume it is the same ?

.....yah, when I needed it yesterday. such stupid gasket has to go through tradition shop.... drives me crazy

P.S. and €6.00 'suddenly' becomes €35.00

solved, solution price 4 euros for two gaskets length and rubber glue, tradition shop smokes LOL
