Anybody has a diagram or pictures of the insides of the wastegate?

I just wanted to know how it worked without dismanteling it. Mine works fine. Simple curiosity. ETKA does not have inside scheatics.

Yeah its pretty easy to take these apart... then you'll see the three chambers.

Be careful when removing the upper cap that the spring doesn't send the cap or some nuts into orbit.

You need an allen key to hold the WG valve whilst you release the upper lock nut where it connects to the diaphragm.

I think mine and others leak at the seal between the middle and lower chambers. It might be nothing more elaborate than something akin to a valve stem oil seal.

Have a look at the faces where the valve meets the WG body - maybe that can be lapped into a more airtight seal like a valve seat ?

Would appreciate any findings you make and photos - especially if yours is airtight...
My spare WG is in storage right now so I can't play for a while
