Hi guys,
A quick question, is disassembling throttle body as easy as remove all the bits and put it back together, or its something someone shouldn't do in their living room?

Yes, it's quite easy, I've done it. But, as there are quite a lot parts, I'd take plenty of pictures as you take it apart, pay attention to where the springs go and where they hook onto, and where the washers and shims go

As Andy says take plenty of pics.
I refurbished my spare AAN throttle body, but I didn't take any pics of it for reference.
The time between stripping and re-assembly was about 8 months so I found it a bit of a mission to figure out how it goes back together.
Came out ok though, beadblasted the hell out of it.
Worked out well, bit fiddly with them springs but otherwise pretty straight forward job and looks good too. Couldn't sand blast it, just cleaned it and painted it, matches IM at least

I'll be keeping the throttle body.
I needed one for fitment and testing etc when I was designing the cam so that's the only reason I cleaned it up.
It looked like it had been buried in the garden, not very nice to work with.
If it was to go back on a car it would need stripping again and all the steel parts would need re-treating.
Can sort a cam out for you like.
