Somebody using E85 and water injection at the same time?

because of the effect, that water separates fuel and Ethanol from E85 my question:

does somebody use E85 + Water injection System at the same time?

Cannot see why you would need water injection if running E85 ?

Your car is running cold er with E85. Because Ethanol has a better cooling effect than pump fuel when it expand.

I turn off MAT ignition retard on e85 cars. the fuel cools the combustion charge significantly due to the high latent heat of vaporization of alcohol fuels. this is not something recorded on the MAT sensor as it occurs in the chamber. water/meth isn't necessary with e85.

perhaps your ignition timing is too high or two low. that would be my first thought. Just like any other fuel, EGT goes up when the engine is not at MBT. also, please measure pressure ratio, or at least exhaust pressure.

On e85 that combo must be over 600bhp? What cams are you using and when does it spool. 2.2l or stroker
