Good S2 Mechanic in/near Cornwall?

Hello
Does anyone know of or can guide me to a S2 expert in or near Cornwall please?
My 3B has been standing for a few years and has some wiring damage (injection?) courtesy of the local rodents!
The time has come to take some action and get the car back on the road.
Am I correct in thinking that the first job would be to repair/replace the wiring before changing belts/fuel/oil/ brake lines etc.?
