As far as I know it's the only PnP option. Part numbers (strainer & basket):

V8 basket PnP.034's has sold as a Kits for C4.If you purchased the V8 basket,it just requires trimming bit of plastic pieces that held and locking the
          fuel pump in the basket.

Does anyone know what would be needed
to fit a walbro 450 in a urs6 sedan tank.
All of the aftermarket kits are for bosch 044's
            or dw 340.

Bogdan, the 895201779H is not manufacture anymore. I have tried to order it as i am in the same situation fitting the Bosch 044. Therefore i ordered from 034. Hope this helps.

                  What power are you running?
I run an uprated Walbro255 in the stock plastic sleeve in the OEM basket, it supports my rs2'd car perfectly well.

Walbro 255 is actually thinner than OE pump. Stock pump is 38mm thick and Bosch 044 is 60mm.

Someone on QW used a neoprene sleeve around a thinner pump in the factory basket without issues. Sleeve was off an older Audi IIRC.

I followed the Quattro world guide (it's in my build thread).
From what I understood, the fuel pump could be two types, skinny or the VDO one. If you have the skinny one, you will have a plastic outer sleeve. If you have this great, just drop in the Walbro 255.
If like me you had a VDO, you need to buy the plastic sleeve. I found a cheap knock off S4 fuel pump on eBay for £10, and used the plastic sleeve from that.

Like I said its in my thread, and made the whole process of fitting a new fuel pump extremely easy.

A normal slim Walbro LPH255 will fit UrS4/6 stock OEM basket. In fact it will be smaller so you have to put something between the pump and basket to get it sit tight. I made 380hp/488Nm with a Walbro like this. I still have the Walbro in the tank, have been working fine with E85. It just feeds the surge tank for now.
