    I5 valve guides clearance defined?

I have read the AAN service manual and it says the wear limits of the valve rock/wobble test is IN/EX 1.0/1.3mm...

Is this measurement "preposterous"? As i remember most of the engine spec will
keep the valve rock or wear limit something like 0.002"(0.05mm) VS Audi 0.051"(1.3mm).

let's say how to cut the valve seat with 1.3mm valve rock regarding the Audi specs?

you measure that play on the hat but with the valve out until the stem end is flush with the guide.
    Hope makes sense!
    All the best!

Wear limit explained by Audi at our engines is something that you will almost never see in a reasonable working engine. For example ring gap wear limit,or bearing wear limit.
If you get near 0.5 mm guide play, valve seals(even new) would not last long.
Due to valve play also heat transfer from valve to head would be restricted and seals will burn to plastic.

That make senses since i have the spare AAN head laying, the head was burning oil badly
Due to the worn valve guides.I had installed the new stem seals at that time
Since i was thinking they were being toasted by the heat but still no luck.
I checked the valve rock regarding the audi specs(1.3mm on exhaust).I got
0.6mm wear on side to side play.I would say with that half wear of its life,
I could see the motor oil leaking through the valve shaft down the chamber
and exhaust ports.I would assume for what audi factory wear limits means
The car is just driveable with that wear amount but not reasonably in working
        Condition?
