Vacuum pipe to nowhere.

Noticed this in the engine bay of my "new to me" S2 engine bay.





T-piece is at end of pipe coming from the beige/black valve at the top/middle of picture, looks like it maybe comes from carbon canister?? Small pipe comes off t-piece and is the same pipe that the yellow cable-tie is tucked under.
Anyway where do I find the pipe to join the redundant bit of the t-piece?

I think Jack said it was the ECU line, if so it should be coming out the firewall on the passenger side.

This is a different pipe/fault, he got a bit of hose for the manifold to ECU pipe.
