Hi there can anyone help me with some info Iv been offered a brand new head
But the numbers I can see is
034 103 373 k
Is this a turbo head or a N/A head any info would be great

If its brand new...then the easy way to tell is if there are the 3 ports are machined for the turbo water manifold. They will not be on the N/A head.

Doesn't look new it has gasket residue on it

If it's a normal N/A head can it be modified to make it a turbo head by drilling 3 ports

Yes
You can mill out the water ports and weld on a boss for the hall sender (if planning to run ABY/ADU/AAN hall sensor)
