Depends what your long term plan is with the car its going in? ABY 230bhp and no dizzy, 3b 220bhp and a dizzy.

The AbY only comes with bare engine and manifold no Ecu coil leads etc but I have a Ecu
My plans are to make a good 450bhp engine

I would go for the ABY.

If it's just bare engine there is pretty minimal difference between them. ABY wins only on the ignition system, but by the sounds of if you will need to add that anyway.
3B block is better IMHO, they seem to show less wear for the same mileage.
