Head bolt question

Hey folks.

Quick question. Building an ~380HP RS2'd AAN, should I only go for OEM Audi/VW headbolts, or can I opt for a Victor Reinz set (14-32049-01)?

I believe many here would recommend ARP head studs. Better clamping forces & they are reusable as opposed to the factory bolts one-time use.

I have Victor reinz and its ok. Over 2b boost ARP, once i heard;-)

The Reinz bolts are same spec as the OEM. Take them you get cheaper.

If you are likely to lift the head more than once take the ARP route. Or should I say, as it's almost certain you will have the head off more than once while you have the car, so get the ARP's and save buying twice

Hope that I wont get this problem And to the extent of my research power above chipped RS2 starts other issues (gearbox, diff, etc.)

Yep, I can get the Reinz kit for 25 euros, while ARP on the other hand cost around 200.
