Best replace for K24 7200

Hi all,

just killed my K24 7200, so have to replace it.

Any idea of a plug n play replacement with a little improve ?

I have 1.8 / 1.9 Max pressure, SS exhaust, 7A exhaust camshaft, RS2 inlet, injectors and intercooler.

I get 380Hp / 550Nm... any chance to get any closer to 400hp & 600Nm ?

heard about K24 -2877XXB6.12 but couldn't get any info on it.

That's proper broken. Compressor nut loosened on the shaft?
For a replacement, rs2 billet from iroz. Same footprint so plug and play, but with a better flowing billet compressor wheel. Reported up to 420-30hp with everything else you have.

1,9bar and 380hp may be quite much for the RS2 turbo ;-)

K24-2877XXB 6.12 is stock RS2 hotside (K24...6.12) combined with a newer generation original KKK/ BorgWarner compressor wheel (2877X; stock RS2 compressor is 2672G). Should be able to do 430-450 ps, comp housing has to be machined to take the wheel. These turbos are for example made by TTE in Germany. Maybe they can refurbish yours and fix the 2877X.
