It is the t3 gasket,yes.
If i would know a part number oe(if that flange was used in a oe aplication) or aftermarket like victor reinz,ajusa,elring etc,i would be able to buy and get it in 30 min from my suppliers and mount the turbine.If i order it from ebay will be much slower...
My part suppliers catalogues uses car brand and specs or part numbers.

You can try SCANIA or VOLVO truck dealership or just a truck store, they should have T3 gasket in stock
