    nice

    what cams and head?

(by the way, the mentioned EGT issue only exists on my own S2 ... all the other S2 cars I mapped on VEMS or Motronic are running without any issue )

That's a lot of timing. Odd.

so you suggest to drive with no more than 2.1 bar boost continuously on a gt35?
is it true that when you are on a dyno you may set the boost higher with 0.1-0.2 bar steps if you still making power with steps from 15-20 hp until it stops making more power?
this of course with an eye on the iat and max injector duty cycle

Both cams were advanced 4deg by adjustable sprocket. For optimal cam setup an adjustable camgear on inlet cam is also needed to adjust both cams individual.

We were not able to get rid of the trigger issues so this was the only dyno run we did.

This engine does not exist anymore - changed everything around the engine but no new dyno run. Trigger issues solved by firmware 1.2.3x last year.

2,4 bar as peak boost and 1,9
this are true numbers... but my intercooler was to small

Bad cam timing and trigger issues are a quite senseless base for a dyno sheet imho...

Garrett shows all his permformance maps, so where is the problem? 2,4 bar as peak boost and 1,9 at peak power rpm are numbers where the turbo is running safe and producing good power. Higher numbers lower turbo efficiency and raise temperatures faster than power, so you need very good IC and headwork to still benefit from that. 2,8bar max and 2,1 at peak power is the range were you getting real dangerous turbo rpms.

on the top of the sheet is the result - 331kw/585Nm...

W/M injection was present but off on dyno...

    okay,about 340 kw and 570 nm
normaly i not gonna have iat problems because i use W/M injection and this is activated from 0.5 bar until 2.0 bar boost
my goal with gt35 and stock head is 600 hp
once with my gt3076r i've had 520 hp(crank) and 635 nm on the dyno
