Can someone confirm that is the 3B/7A damper "gray"(middle section) part solid with the hub?
from partscat, there is no 3B/7A damper...

      there is a

      7A/NM damper = 034 105 251 C
      3B damper = 034 105 251 G

a 7A damper looks more like the ABY

Haha ok, great. All have different dampers. Well I have now made up trigger wheels for AAN, ABY and 3B.

But from the measurements of the ABY damper, I cant imagine to weld something to the 6.8mm thin center wall without destroying the rubber

Hey Thuppu - Just a question, at what degrees BTDC have you installed your sensor ? i.e. how many teeth BTDC ? 20, 25 ?

            Cheers

MAG weld small spots with high current, only few and let it cool.

I'm using stock triggers. Can't it be adjusted from the ecu software? I think for example in VEMS software you can put it anywhere you wan't and then just adjust it.

I'll be installing Megasquirt, I think it needs a minimum of teeth BTDC for it to be able to read it ... I'll look into it myself

Any source for a cheaper than 034 1.9 bar WG spring ?

                  Cheers
