7a cams?

For people who have done the 7a cam mod:

Do you change just the exhaust cam, or just the intake cam, or both?

How much should one expect to pay to acquire some reasonable 2nd hand 7as these days? Any good sources of said items?

What sort of job is it to install - hours/ technical ability? What else should be changed/ checked when you've got the top of the engine out?

How does it drive with the 7as without a re-map? Obviously a custom re-map is required for optimum performance.

Mod plans afoot, just working out my options...

I was told by S2Central when i first joined the forum that this wouldn't be worthwhile doing on a K24 turbo.

It depends on what you want to get out of the K24 and what your budget is, I've been told that 295-300bhp is possible with that above setup and a de-cat exhaust...

I've not got the money for the holy grail of a new turbo + new EM + new injectors + remap + engine rebuild when it blows up
