    Installing adjustable camshaft sprocket..

    Hi
How do you install an adjustable camshaft sprocket (the small one driven by the chain), will the old one need to be heated in order to come off? And the new one too? Or is it just a matter of pulling off the old/pressing on the new?

Use loctite aswell! Seen a sprocket trying to wander out at grind the valvecover.

Thanks for the advice. I read somewhere that loctite was not necessary, the guy just tightened the bolts tightly and it did not come loose.

Better with loctite, also better not to use normal hex head bolts as they stick out to far, I changed mine for some flatter ones raised round head

You don't even need a torch. Just
a hydraulic press or a puller and they'll
            come right off.
