Coil pack countersunk cupped hex bolts

I've searched and cannot find a part number for these on the forum even tho I'm sure I saw them somewhere.

What I'm after is the four coil pack bolts, but I have seen a type that is a countersunk cupped hex head.

Has anyone got an Audi part number or an alternative source they could share with me?

I am aware of the standard fittings, however when fitting a carbon cover the orignal items do not spread the pressure adequately, and can crack it.

It is not a button head that I need but a countersunk cap head with a soild cup washer as seen attached. I have seen these on a few cars but do not know where they have been sourced from.
