Finally after months and months of putting it off I've finally fitted my new main radiator. At the same time I've ditched the aux radiator, why I didn't do this sooner I'll never know. It was a right PITA with the AC rad right in front of it, got the scratches and blood to prove it. Unfortunately what was fitted before was a cheap recon unit from a rad specialist which didn't fit properly.............horrible nasty thing 
Whilst I was doing this I took off a few of the air hoses and checked them for splits/damage etc, didn't find much apart from a couple of suspect bits of what looked like araldite around the exit of the intercooler, meaning that the jubilee clip might not be sealing properly. I've decided to take off the front bumper in a few weeks time to have a good look at the rest of the hoses, fingers crossed I'll find this air leak
