very low boost in 2nd gear

after engine rebuild I'm testing now stock everything, and when trying to go faster in 2nd gear only 0,4bar boost, in 3th geat it's ok 0,7 bar or something like that. Sometimes MIL blinks 2221 error, but I checked for leaks and no problems found. ECU is stock, never opened. I'm ataching HP curve, there seems it's normal. So where to look for errors?

I guess your MAP hose is badly connected or otherwise faulty or blocked!

checked that already, also tried on dyno with another ECU the same HP curve..

If it's not the hose then it's probably a faulty MAP but that's quite unlikely and rare.

it will be changed some day, but I don't think that it is MAP...

cheked it with pressure tool, it keeps pressure, no leak!

And no tight angle bends anywhere to block the hose?
No excessive water in the water separator or what ever it is?

no tight angles maybe it can be faulty WG regulating pressure valve?


And there are no excessive water in water separator, only oil seems to go somewhere..., but I fould that audiman had the same problem (http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthr...light=breather), so I think that I have the same.. But still it has nothing to do with the 2nd gear boost.. ;(

Have you checked the orientation of WG solenoid valve ? There are three hoses connected to WG valve, and they have particular order. Check the attached picture
