I think there used to be an MTM stage that used an RS2 turbo with stock injectors, the turbo was obviously not pushed hard, and the next stage up included injectors.

I would fit the other RS2 bits, it will transform the car!

I'd fit the parts mate, it's like half a job as it is .....rs2 turbo but everything else aby. I'd be looking into a Bosch 044 too

Sounds like a 7200. Yeah, like suggested above, AFR & EGT readings fast. Or dire consequences are possible.

I'm no expert at all but would guess with standard ABY fuel pump and injectors you might have issues with it running to little fuel.

I recently RS2'd mine and fitted RS2 injectors bosche 044 pump etc and had it custom mapped at Automark

I'm running 1.5bar boost for safety could of gone higher but feels nice as it is.
I think standard ABY is about 1-1.1bar boost

I would get the EGT and AFR checked out defo

    Standard Bosch aby injectors.

I just opened the ECU and found these chips installed.

It has cone airfilter fitted. I cannot refit the original airbox that came with the car because the MAF does not have the mounting holes to attach it to thew air box.

It has a 3" downpipe and decatted system fitted.

The manifold looks like an aby item.

I fitted a boost gauge and it touches about 1.4 bar. It pulls really well.

From what I have read on the forum, I understand and realise you should not run an RS2 turbo on standard aby injectors and the software in the ECU is not suitable for the turbo.

Shouldn't it be running really badly, which it isn't.

    What should i do?

I have a Wagner manifold, intercooler, a PRJ mapped ECU and new injectors to suit along with a brand new RS2 turbo.

Should I fit all of these parts apart from the turbo.

    Or run as it is.

    Advice please.
Are you sure it's rs2 turbo? what's on the car. I would at least investigate it more if it is a rs2 turbo then fit the ecu with prj map and injectors to suit that turbo at least you know what's right all best Michael

AFAIK 1.4-1.5 bar is what a bone stock chipped S2/UrS4/UrS6 gives out. Stock injectors are suitable for it. Why the 7200 though? It's capable of more.

If you have the hardware for the 7200, just fit & forget.
