Can anybody read an ECU chip for me?

I bought a tuning chip for a 7A 20V on ebay.de and surprise surprise it doesn’t work. The cheeky P****k claims it worked before he shipped it and claims i fooked it on installation. Funny that as i installed a socket onto my ECU and sent him a photo!

Personally i think he sold me a blank eprom chip with a sticker on it! Could any of you chip programming guys take a look at the chip for me and tell me if it’s blank or what the chip is? Wouldn’t be surprised if it were a PC bios chip.

    Thanks,

    Mark.

P.S. Don’t buy anything from butz73 (stephan.roessler@gmx.de), he’s about to get an evil feedback for me.

    Mark,

Personally would never buy a chip from ebay.
