adjustable cam wheel with 7a cams

hi guys
i just wanted to know what is the best position for the 7a cams in our engines?
if i use an adjustable cam wheel,shall i put the cams on factory marks or get i better results if you put the cams in an other position with a degree wheel on the crank?
i'm not a specialist in cam timing but i want it to learn
i can also use a adjustable cam wheel with adjustable chain wheels on the cams but maybe it's not worth the cost with what you gain?

if you only use one cam wheel then you are clocking both cams at the same time. think the best is to do them individualy? but im not expert

I use 7a cams and adjustable wheel. Gained lots of power adjusting it while tuning! But don't know at what timing I have them now sorry!

I also remember when I installed the adjustable wheel the timing was a half tooth out so that can also be the reason I gained about 100hp by adjusting the wheel as my timing wasn't right when I started.

Was that the belt adjusteble wheel only or allspo one on the chain?
