I was in doubt if the potentiometer (G69) with the throttle open was 94; 5% in VagCom and could get to 100% would get oberboost.

Well, with patience, I've got VagCom with maximum open throttle indicating 99% .......... and the cut-off switch on throttle rest.

You could remove the lambda sensor to see if it's the exhaust that's clogged. If it runs better without it then that could be the issue. If that doesn't work remove the intercooler and thoroughly wash it out with petrol

Just a heads up on your boost pipe clipsI had to change mine back to normal width clips as could never get an air tight fit with these, always a source of boost leaks for me
