Help! I ****ed up my 3b head..

So, I was following this guide:
Alright, so as I'm doing my 20v swap into my '89 200, I've decided to go with VEMS. Along with this I'm going to be running a coil on plug setup and since it's almost impossible to find a 3B distributor and my motor did not come with one, I took matters into my own hands and made a custom mount...

because I need my cam positioning sensor to be front mounted.
However, when I drilled out the bottom blank on the exhaust side of the engine, I drilled too far and hit some kind of oil channel. Does anyone know which oil channel it is that I hit? Is it some kind of return to the sump or is it pressurized? I tapped the hole and put a bolt in with thread lock and a copper washer and I hope this will work without leaking. Does anyone know how big trouble I am in with this? Thanks!
