The G4 is for crank ( black connector ) and G28 is for rpm ( grey connector ). Someone says these the same sensors but only with different color so people to get them mixed up when plugging them into ECU ? But some else says they are different as the rpm sensors probe is shorter than the crank sensor.

Some sellers in eBay actually say they are the same sensors and therefore 034905381 ( black) is the same as 034905381A ( grey). These are the common parts that the seller quoted
