Hi Guys,

After many years on different forums i think i have come across my first rogue seller.

Basically, two weeks ago i gifted funds to BrianB for an accelerator pedal and have received nothing in return.

I have sent PM's to him over the last couple of days regarding the item, in order to see if he had tracking information or even proof off sending the item as he was online at the time. However, so far seems to be clearly not replying to my messages. Correspondence was good until he received funds but now nothing.

It is quite possible he has issues at home, which i understand, but if he has time to come on the forum, a curtsey message does not take long to type.

Does anyone else have experiences, good or bad with this seller?

I hope we can resolve this soon as it's just not the behaviour i would expect from a forum member.

Until resolved, beware of purchasing anything from this individual.

I'm not sure where it has got to Gordon,I do have the tracking but can't access my hermes account for some reason only phone,I will be home on Friday so will be able to get it then unless you just want a refund now

Btw I have sold off most of my project stuff on this forum recently and don't know of any issues

Hi Brian, good to hear from you. I'm sorry that i had to resort to this but was getting bad vibes with the lack of correspondence and no sign of the pedal. If you do have the tracking information that's brillinat and will hopefully help locate the pedal, i can wait until Friday no problem.

Yeh hopefully it will be resolved without issue, certainly positive so far. Title amended accordingly within thread but still appears as original on home page. Perhaps i'm doing something wrong, had this problem in the past too?

Just to update this guys, the item purchased has now arrived safe and sound. Brian has been more than helpful to resolve the delivery issue and would purchase again from him no problem.
